Overview

The Overview is the home of NDIS Ops Copilot. It summarises the last 7 days of activity across your organisation so you can quickly spot pressure points before they escalate.

• Tiles show totals for Shifts delivered, Progress Notes recorded, Incidents logged, and Reportable incidents for the current reporting window.
• The Incidents by Severity band breaks down Low / Medium / High / Critical counts so you can triage review priorities.
• Data is fetched live from the API on each page load (no cache). If the API is unreachable you will see a demo data banner.

• Use the sidebar to drill into any category shown on this page.
• The reporting window follows the rolling 7-day rule used by NDIS Commission monthly returns.
